• Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments. Any additional charges or fees will be added to the final invoice.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. We may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel within a certain time frame before the scheduled move.
• Liability: We take great care in handling your items during the move. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss to your items during the move, except for damage caused by our negligence. We recommend that you purchase appropriate insurance coverage for your items.
• Customer responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your items are properly packed and labeled, and that you have obtained any necessary permits or authorizations for the move. You are also responsible for providing accurate information about the move, including the origin and destination addresses, and the inventory of items to be moved.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, including any claims by third parties.
• Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which we provide services.
